Please adhere to these guidelines diligently to protect ourselves:
On the morning before you depart for table tennis
1) Check that in the past few days, have you been to any covid19 hotspots or been in contact with anyone from those areas?
2) Are you unwell? with a slight fever and other symptoms? Is your sense of smell impaired?
If so, impose self-discipline on yourself and refrain from coming, and go for a covid test. We shall appreciate and applaud your discipline even when this proves to be a false alarm.
And while we play:
1) Ensure maximum ventilation.
A slight breeze in table tennis might be a nuisance, do bear with it.
2) Ensure you limit your inter-mingling to as small a crowd as possible. Try your best to limit your play to playing with the players on only 3 tables. (which is 4x3=12 players) We have sectionalized the tables with barriers. [A1-A3, A4-A6, A7-A9, B1-B3, B4-B6, B7-B9]
Please avoid unnecessary movement and congregating.
3) Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth, especially after contact with commonly touched items, such as balls, tables, and equipment. Sanitize your hands often.
4) Do not share equipment and food. Sanitize the balls before playing
5) Wear your masks at all times while not playing
The above are guidelines and not rules - please exercise them diligently with common sense and self-discipline.
Let's pay particular attention to:
- Self-examination & Discipline
- Spacing & Limit Intermingling
- Masks & Personal hygiene
6) Please help with your little share of the burden.
Half an hour before close, if you decide to quit playing and if there are no players taking over to play on the table, sanitize the tables, pack the net sets and fold up the table. If you are unable to fold up the table, just pack the net sets and place them neatly on top of the table.
Thanking you for your cooperation
